Reading Journal Printable

I’m a big lover of reading and often see books that I would like to read (or am recommended) only to forget the title. This way I can keep track. I thought it would also be nice to track the books I read and rate them because often I will be drawn back to a book, only to get to the end and think “Oh yeah, I forgot it ended terribly!”.

So, rather than just do a box design, I thought I’d get creative and do something pretty.
