1. I love daisies. This design looks simple at first glance but there is actually quite some detail in the flowers. Love it!
2. I’m going to guess that May is this persons birthday month? They haven’t mentioned it. I love the pastel colours.
3. I feel like this must have taken ages to do! Especially with all the pen colour swapping. Maybe it was therapeutic though.
4. Was this a case of running out of time and having to come up with something quick? Or was the goal for it to be minimalist? I think it was intentional and I actually find the roundedness (that a word??) of the lettering to be very satisfying on the eyes.
5. Lemons just keep popping up in my life everywhere at the moment. This really does make me feel like Summer is on its way.
6. This is a lovely watercolour image. The splashes around the edge really finish off the design.
7. This designer has used colours that compliment each other but for a colourful twist, it could just be made by any of the scraps of washi tape that you have left over.
8. Cacti designs come up quite often. I love the chunkiness of these ones. I am however tempted (as my stickers prove) to pop cute faces on them!
9. This design is amazing!!!!!! I love all the items included from Alice in Wonderland. I love the boldness, I love they layout, I love, love, love it! Oh..have you figured out if I like it or not?
10. I was trying to explain to my 14 year old a few weeks ago about cassettes. It’s only as you describe using them that you realise just how old you are and how far technology has come!Â
11. The quote on this cover is very inspiring. If you can’t read it, it says “Every morning we are born again. What we do today is what matters most.”
12. This is such a beautiful cover! The only thing I would want to do is either put the May higher, or draw the butterfly lower. I just wish I could paint like that!
13. We can’t have a May cover design without having a Star Wars themed one! Every single May 4th somebody says to me “May the 4th be with you!”. Sigh.
