Mood trackers were one of the main things that attracted me to bullet journals. I started off doing them purely as printables but have now began to draw them directly into a journal.

I’ve put together a whole load of bullet journal mood trackers that I love and find inspiring. You can also view these and more on my pinterest board.

1. I’m ruled by food so when I saw this ice cream mood tracker by @Bujowithnato I just had to save it. Instead of just colouring each ice cream pink, chocolate etc…you can add sprinkles, dripping chocolate and more.

2. This is an enchanted mood tracker by @createfullliving. It will look lovely when it is filled in I’m sure.

3. I’m an artist (No really?) but I’m not much of a painter. I prefer to work digitally these days (ooh I’ve had an idea for a spread!).However, I can see how this design by @colours.in.the.dark would appeal to other artists. If I was using it then I think mine would be all bright colours. I love oranges and yellows these days.

4. This plant mood tracker spread is by @bujowithpau. It has some cute little doodles on it. Personally I think the colours don’t stand out enough at a glance so I would have to use bright ones rather than shades of green. However, then they wouldn’t like leaves!

5. This drink mood tracker from @caitlinmariedasilva is simple but effective. If you click on the link then you can also see how the mood tracker was made which will make it easier for you to then do yourself.

6. This origami mood tracker was designed by @steph.bujo It looks so difficult to draw if I’m honest. I love it! I just think I’ll make a mess of making it.

7. This pretty mood tracker is credited to @claudphemism. I love the daintiness of it. Very boho? I’m one for doodling so it appeals to me for that reason.

8. This paint mood tracker by @toastyjournals is a lovely way to show colours flowing together. Can I just point out that this person is very evenly mooded (I’m positive that’s not a word – it is now).

9. This is a lovely flower spread by @pen2paper_92. I do prefer to be able to see at a glance my overall mood for the month so this one doesn’t work for me personally. Looks lovely though.

10. I’m not into crochet but I’m sure a lot of you are. If so, this mood tracker by @heartsandcraftsetc is just perfect.

11. One thing I like about @marthasjournal on instagram, is that she (I am assuming!) shares the same theme over different spreads so you can see how they all co-ordinate.

12. This mood tracker by @sunshine_journal_ is done in the style of a movie reel (that isn’t the word but for the life of me I can’t think of it right now!). As I’m collecting these trackers, I can’t help but notice peoples moods. Glad to see there aren’t so many sad days in this one!

13. Anyone who knows me, knows I like my food. I like this one a lot. I think I would save the noodles on the chopsticks until last to colour if I was doing it. I think “mood food” is quite a catchy name for the page by @art_n_foxes

14. Don’t you just love the gold pen that has been used by @bysarah.eliz?It is minimalist but with the gold to give it a pop! (That a phrase?!). It is all done much neater than I think I ever would do it. I can see my circles being all over the place and that would drive me mad if they were slightly off.

15. I don’t personally like coffee, but visually I do like this mood tracker by @miloe.joanne It reminds me of a meme that does the rounds showing the different shades of tea! I think I would have done the key the other way around though. The darker the coffee, the sadder I was.

16. This bookshelf mood tracker is another one by @art_n_foxes. I love the cute little cup of tea at the bottom.

17. This candy mood tracker by @bonjour_bujo is my absolute favourite so far. I have always struggled with just summing up my days mood with one colour. I can have a really happy day and a really irritable day all in one day! (Especially when I’m hormonal). This mood tracker means I can mix my moods which is perfect for me.

18. I think this is quite a pretty idea by @alotmallforyou. The only issue I have is that the petals would have to be coming from different blossom trees as they would all be different! That’s just me and my “ocd” of course. There is also the option for doing mixed moods in this one too.

19. Well here is your halloween mood tracker sorted! It is by @ip_bujo and will use up a lot of your black ink! I do like it though.

20. This cute turtle mood tracker is by @bulletjournal_by_danique. As with a few others, I would struggle with it because I like my mood colours to jump out at me. Adorable though!

21. Mood trackers of flowers are my absolute favourites. This one by @bujo_by_niann stands out because the design is the opposite way around from usual. Usually people colour the petals. I like this. Simple and pretty.

22. Want to create your own in Canva? Here is a template that you can use to make a simple mood tracker.

23. This is a printable mood tracker from my sister shop dreamersandplanners on Etsy. You could print it out or just copy it by hand.
