Remembering birthdays was always a strength of mine…until I had children. Now I’m hopeless. IÂ have to plan ahead at the beginning of each month or someone will be forgotten.
Do you have the same issue?
If so, check out these birthday trackers for inspiration.
I’m putting together a whole load of birthday trackers that I love and find inspiring. You can also view these and more on my pinterest board.Â

1. I like this because you can add to the list as you go and it won’t affect the layout. Only thing I would change is to put the month initials on the second page also. An efficient design by @january._journal
2. This is a lovely illustration by @beingbethanyroseplans. Each tier of cake is to represent a different month. Very pleasing on the eye!
3. This design by @teatimeinvienna (love that name) is a clean and simple layout. That is a cute little banner at the top. I’m guessing it is made out of washi tape triangles?i
4. This one is by @bujoabby. I love the colours around the edge. It is almost like a minemap design? I’m waffling but either way, I like it!
5. This one is by @planningmindfully It is a straight forward design with a lovely palette of colours.Â
6. I love the shadows on this one. I did a double take because at first I thought they were 3d paper added on. It is by @plansthatblossom
7. This design by @jamies.happyplans is different because all the months have been placed in a different position rather than just along the top. I like the little embellishments also.Â
8. I love cake. Quite simply that makes this design by @ebeegbee_stickers right up my street! I also like the fact that it isn’t solid colour.
10. Another colourful design by @bujoabby. I LOVE the blending in this design. The colours have turned out just beautiful!
11. By now, you should know that I like cake! This design by @istanbullet totally fulfils that brief. Each cake is unique and yes, I’d eat all of them!
12. I think this design bby @a.freckle.a.day would be hard to copy exactly. However, doing the circle with the months in is straightforward. After you could decorate the outside with anything you liked.
13. Yet more cake (funny that, what with it being about birthdays). These designs by @justafangirljournaling are individual cakes that follow the theme of the month which makes it great for at a glance. Very cute.Â
14. This design by @bujochloe is as simple as it can get. Sometimes that is better because it leaves more room for birthdays.Â
15. Another simple design. This one is by @type_c_organizer. Plenty of room to add birthdays as the year goes on.
16. I’ll be honest and say I’m not that keen on the sort that radiate out. That is because I have so many birthdays to fit in and it just looks too fiddly for me. I am more of a block per month kind of person. This design is by @artsunami
17. I would use this differently to how @delightful_bulletjournals has. I would put the date on the left of the line and the name on the right and just make one long list. I’d move it over slightly. I can see how it is supposed to work but that is what I would personally do.
18. This design is by @mindyourbujo (great name!) and leaves plenty of room for dates. Beautiful flowers in the centre.Â
19. Cheerful balloons sum up a birthday. Look at the adorable elephant!!! I’m not keen on putting the number for the month but that is a personal opinion. This cheerful design is by @lfs_bujo
20. I love the font on this. Simple black and white design with plenty of space for birthdays. It is by @rinnys.creations
21. This design by @my_blue_sky_designs is classed as an Important Dates tracker but it is obviously great for birthdays. Maybe I should have just done “Important Dates” for this blog post instead? 🤔 Another blog post, another time.
