I can’t believe we are heading towards September and Autumn already. Where does time go?

I’m putting together a whole load of September bullet journal covers that I love and find inspiring. You can also view these and more on my pinterest board.

1. This cover idea is a mixture of things but has the nifty little calendar on it. I really don’t get why more people don’t have that on their cover? This design is by @mymellowdays

2. These butterflies are just beautiful! The design is from @bulletwithe

I love the colours and how the butterflies are flying over the border. I love this one so much it is the featured one for this blog post.

3. The designer of these said they didn’t know what theme they were going with, but that they loved the colours. I totally agree with @suncerulean as the colours are lovely!

4. This simple design by @claudiajosephhh shows her love of camping and hiking in the mountains. It also shows constellations.

5. This design is by @itscraftyhan is the sort of doodling I like to do. Leaf after leaf after leaf. Very therapeutic to draw. It is simple in colour, but detailed in design.

6. A lot of designs seem to be plant orientated. Is this a trend right now? I love the shade of green that has been used by @bellasuu.creates in the September word

7. September is back to school time over here in the UK. This design by @amandarachlee is perfect for that time of year.

8. @studyy.rose has gone for this simple polka dot design with some washi tape for added design.

9. This design is simply incredible! I can’t get over how @wildeyesbujo has made it so symmetrical. Very talented.

10. I couldn’t read the caption with this design but I’m guessing @crisstudies used watercolours? I like the way the leaves make my eyes flow around the calendar. Oh you know what I mean!

11. Another simple floral doodle. Well, I say “simple” but it isn’t. I just mean that it isn’t painted or elaborate! Anyway, @martinozzaa I like it!

12. @arilee.bujo has gone with the them of “home” with this one. It appeals to me because it is different from most designs. If I’d done my rooms though, they would be rather untidy!

13. There isn’t mush room for more mushrooms in this design by @journalsbyalex (do you see what I did there?-groan)

14. I love the colours and shading on these leaves, especially the yellowy ones. I know this design from @sweetbulletjournal is a few years old but it hasn’t dated at all.

15. I always think my favourite designs will be the detailed ones full of colour, and then a gem like this one by @nisadoodles comes along. When you look closely you will see that it is little stars which give the affect of glitter. Simply making these stars so small is what makes it one of my favourites. And the neatness of that circle! Wow.

16. Wow. Just wow. This is a work of stunning art. I would so want to frame this and put it on my wall rather than hide it away in a bullet journal! There is so much I could say about this. Definitely a designer I need to keep an eye on. Stunning work by @artbyadorel

17. What a pretty flower! The dots around the edge just finish it off. This design by @gigilore.se is lovely.

18. This is another stunning piece of artwork. Just looking at that transports me to a forest. I can just lose myself in that picture. I would genuinely like that on my wall. @hannahmariaplans is so talented!

19. @charlie.planwithme has done a watercolour design of forest trees. It has mixed media (which I don’t see that often) on the opposite page.

20. More mushrooms! This one from @midnightdreamreads has some foliage to go with it and is more subtle in size. It appears to the left that there is more. I’m going to have to see if I can find another photo.

21. I don’t think I need to state what this theme is by @ginnjournals. Just in case you’ve been living under a rock for the last 20+ years, it is Harry Potter. I love the sorting hat in particular.
